Chateau is a premium wine dining restaurant located in the heart of Singapore, offering an authentic wine experience alongside fusion cuisine. We provide our guests with exceptional experiences through refined service and professional wine expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Overall management of restaurant operations (sales, inventory, HR, finance)
- Kitchen management and food training
- Management of the wine collection and support with purchasing
- Staff training and scheduling
- Customer service quality control and VIP guest service
- Participation in marketing and event planning
- Ensuring smooth cooperation between front-of-house and kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Languages: Fluent in English and Korean (required)
- Professional Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of wine (WSET Level 2 certification preferred)
- Ability to use POS systems and inventory management software
- Understanding of the Singapore F&B market
- Korean or Western cuisine certification, or at least 5 years of kitchen work experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused service mindset
Working Conditions
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Sunday off)
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience (SGD 11,000β12,000+ per month)
- Visa Support: Employment Pass sponsorship available for eligible candidates
