A versatile and proactive In Room Bar Attendant to join our team at Chateau Denmark. Where back of house takes centre stage, along a street filled with iconic architecture, our Goods Receiver connects the good times with the right ingredients. Responsibilities
- Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity, recording any discrepancies or damages.
- Identify slow moving items to avoid over purchasing.
- Stocking in room bars, maintaining inventory, organising orders, and billing guests.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk staff to coordinate room turnover and guest needs.
- Distribution of goods to the required destination.
- Daily spot checks of stock in storage areas.
- Assist with monthly stock counts.
- Assist and support Team Members, Managers and the wider Department in a team environment.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
