With 40rooms and apartments along a street where the Sex Pistols once lived, the Stones recorded their debut album and Bowie and Hendrix all hung out - if the walls here could speak, you'd be hooked.
We are searching for
Aversatile and proactive In Room Bar Attendant to join our team at Chateau Denmark. Where back of house takes centre stage, along a street filled with iconic architecture, our Goods Receiver connects the good times with the right ingredients. Their focus is only matched by their willingness to protect the guest experience.
Your profile
- Passionate for delivering excellent customer experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and suppliers.
- Previous stock management experience,preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Your duties
- Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Inspectgoods for quality and quantity, recording any discrepancies or damages.
- Identify slow moving items to avoid over purchasing.
- Stocking in room bars, maintaining inventory, organising orders, and billing guests.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk staff to coordinate room turnover and guest needs
- Distribution of goods to the required destination.
- Daily spot checks of stock in storage areas.
- Assist with monthly stock counts.
- Assist and support Team Members, Managers and the wider Department in a team environment.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
