Gilpin is seeking a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our luxury Lake District estate, including the hotel, spa, restaurants, and guest accommodations.
You’ll carry out general maintenance, respond to requests, and ensure facilities and equipment are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
You will work with the Estates team, report to the Estates Manager, and contribute to guest satisfaction with a calm, problem-solving approach.
