Food & Beverage Assistant
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will work with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience. This includes having an understanding of the menu, sharing our story, and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner service as a key member of the Food and Beverage team.
- Help set up daily services and perform cleaning tasks.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Assist with the delivery and clearing of food and drinks.
- Communicate clearly with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain food safety standards at all times.
- Demonstrate hospitality skills to provide exceptional service.
- Upsell menu items and offer personalized recommendations when appropriate.
