SOURCE at the Gilpin, led by Executive Head Chef Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of The Fat Duck), offers a Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette experience rooted in exquisite produce, bold flavours, and precise execution. We’re looking for a Bartender who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.
Your Role as Bartender:
Crafts exceptional cocktails, mocktails, and classic drinks with flair.
Provides warm, attentive service to exceed guest\’s expectations.
Shares knowledge of wines, spirits, and local ingredients.
Keeps the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Previous bartending experience in a fine dining setting.
Deep understanding of a variety of beverages, including mixology.
A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A desire to grow within a forward-thinking, modern restaurant built around using local produce with a twist.

Position: Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Immediate Start
Salary: from £28,665 to £31,005
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
