Effectively advise customers of their parts requirements either using skill and knowledge or computer programs.
Take orders over the telephone, email and sales front counter.
Prepare orders for the customers and workshop.
Place orders with suppliers and update the customer/workshop of any news on the parts.
Advise and supply parts over the phone, sales counter and to workshop technicians.
Stock Control.
Maintain marketing display areas by keeping them up to date with the latest product range.
Qualifications and experience required:
- You will maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
- You will be computer literate.
- You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- You will have excellent communication skills.
- Driving licence is required.
- HGV and/or Trailer Industry knowledge & Experience will be advantageous but not essential.
- Market leading manufacturer training will be provided.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week - 08:30 to 17:30. Saturdays (8am – 12noon) on a rota basis. Nightshift holiday cover on a rota basis.
