Responsibilities
- Arrange the class schedules of all courses according to the school requirements.
- Check studentsβ enrolment forms and documentation, verification, and update the information when necessary to make sure all the requirements are met.
- Assist in submitting the Annual Report. Assist in preparing the necessary documents for auditing.
- Handling students\β payment collection of course-related fees, and assisting in handover to the account department daily.
- Continuously track the learning progress of each course and class.
- Generate attendance sheets of students, and monitor that the class attendance has been signed accurately.
- Retrieve and check online attendance sheets and arrange exams based on school exam regulations.
- Maintaining positive client relationships and providing professional services to students throughout the learning process.
- Generate Graduation lists module-based and prepare for the certificate issue matters to ensure on-time delivery.
- Retrieve and collect exam papers and hand them over to teachers to mark.
- Update exam results list monthly, and file exam papers;
- Complete other admin-related matters arranged by management when necessary.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills Required
- At least a Diploma qualification
- At least 1 year of experience as a School Administrator is preferred
- Knowledge of the administrative processes of schools
- Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Language: Mandarin & English
