Salary

Basic salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruiting and providing expert advice to students on a full range of courses and engaging working people to up-skill;
• Settling appointments of customer visits for consultation, providing admissions counseling services, proposing suitable training solutions, and learning strategies to customers.
• Handling students’ application process and assisting in data collection, scheduling, document verification, and course enrolment. Continuously track learning progress to improve student satisfaction.
• Building, managing, and maintaining positive and professional client relationships with students throughout the whole learning process.
• Assist in marketing activities to establish the branding reputation.
• Complete other matters arranged by superiors, including attending college meetings on time, and participating in skills training organized by the institution.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and CPE regulations and policies.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an \”O\” Level or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Candidates with at least 1-year experience in educational relevant sales consultants or marketing are preferred.
• Adept in using Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
• Adept in using social media platforms to promote Ads.
• Responsible and patient to engage and handle customers’ requests.
• A keen learner and have a quest for lifelong learning.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh graduates are strongly welcome.
