Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Chinese Liaison Officer in our Greenwich office. Let’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Handling phone calls, written and e‑mail correspondence from International/Chinese clients
- Proof reading Chinese (Simplified and Traditional Chinese) documents
- Liaising effectively with the Lettings Managers and teams regarding properties available to let; reporting to Landlords accordingly – feedback
- Liaising with property management team regarding properties under management; reporting to Landlords accordingly
- Conduct property viewings, inspections
- Maintaining good working relationships with developers and agents and sourcing new clients
- Arranging access for furnishers for newly completed properties
- To act as translator for company daily communications
- To be an effective point of contact for international investors especially through HK and Singapore directors

- Ideally previous property experience is preferable.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising ability.
- Speak fluent Mandarin and having strong communication skills at all levels are a must to assist and deal with clients, the majority of which are based overseas.
- Time flexible and proven experience with working as part of a busy team that is driven to provide excellent customer services externally and internally.
- Has shown excellent organisational skills in a busy client environment would be advantageous.
- You will also need a Full UK working visa.
