They devise, develop and manufacture innovative products and services that support people with deeply personal and challenging medical conditions, helping to improve care for them and giving them greater confidence, freedom and mobility.
As the company moves into the next phase of their growth strategy, they are now seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Surgical Account Manager at the location shown. This fantastic technical sales role has a strong clinical input aimed at driving the business forwards. The aim is to develop and maintain credible & enviable relationships with key customers within target accounts and to increase sales and market share.
The role requires a high level of commercial acumen linked to clinical credibility and an ability to work both cross-functionally and independently to win business and strengthen their profile with key customers. To be successful you must become competent and experienced in the operating theatre environment running training sessions/clinical meetings to position their portfolio to optimise ‘best practice’ in surgical wound management to drive and support product implementation across Acute Surgical care settings.
Your suitability for the role will be defined by your previous sales success from within the UK devices or pharmaceutical industry. This will show evidence/experience of influencing key decision makers and developing relationships with a wide variety of clinicians in order to drive change.
