About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and performance of a portfolio of biosimilars and branded medicines. This is a highly visible role within the commercial team, offering the opportunity to shape launch strategy, pricing, lifecycle management, and portfolio growth within a dynamic and evolving market.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance and Global stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering successful launches and driving commercial success across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for biosimilars and branded medicines
- Lead product launch planning and execution, ensuring strong market uptake
- Define and implement pricing and tender strategies within the NHS environment
- Manage product lifecycle activities to maximise portfolio performance
- Partner with forecasting and supply teams to ensure product availability
- Support field teams with strategic direction, market insights and launch tools
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to align local and global objectives
About You
- Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Experience within biosimilars, branded generics, established brands or specialty medicines
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement and market access
- Demonstrable experience leading successful product launches
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, forecasting and portfolio management
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
