Our client is a growing pharmaceutical organisation seeking a commercially focused Pricing & Portfolio Manager to join its Generics team. This is a highly influential role at the heart of the business, responsible for driving pricing strategy, portfolio optimisation, and commercial decision-making across a broad generics portfolio. Working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in maximising profitability, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the long-term success of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pricing strategies to support commercial growth across the generics portfolio
- Conduct market, competitor and customer analysis to inform pricing and portfolio decisions
- Lead portfolio lifecycle management, including optimisation initiatives and product prioritisation
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams to align business objectives
- Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and competitiveness
- Support cost optimisation projects, tech transfers and portfolio changes
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and pricing requirements
- Develop and maintain pricing tools, dashboards and reporting to support business decisions
- Liaise with key external stakeholders and industry bodies where required
- Proven experience in pricing, portfolio management, commercial excellence, finance or a related discipline
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, particularly within generics, branded generics or established medicines
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving business decisions
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement or market dynamics would be advantageous
