We’re partnering with a global healthcare organisation with a strong heritage across pharmaceuticals and dermocosmetics to appoint a Communications & Engagement Manager into a highly visible UK & Ireland role. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will lead and coordinate internal and external communications activity across two business units, working closely with local leadership, global stakeholders and agency partners.

This is a broad role combining communications, employee engagement, project coordination and corporate visibility initiatives within a fast-paced, international and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external communications initiatives across the UK & Ireland business
  • Manage LinkedIn content planning and execution
  • Coordinate internal communications activity (newsletters, engagement platforms and leadership communications)
  • Support strategic projects, workshops, leadership events and global visits
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-focused initiatives
  • Ensure communications activity aligns with corporate messaging, governance and compliance requirements
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership teams
Preferred Background
  • Experience within corporate/internal communications, employee engagement or related functions from the UK healthcare, pharmaceuticals, dermo cosmetics, skincare, beauty or other regulated industries
  • Understanding of compliant healthcare communications and approval processes
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior leadership teams, global stakeholders and agencies
  • Proactive, collaborative and hands-on in approach
  • Exposure to ABPI or regulated communications frameworks would be advantageous
  • French language skills would be beneficial but are not essential
