Senior Partnership Manager – Wound Care – South East England

Territory is South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex

They are now seeking a talented Senior Partnership Manager who will be responsible for winning and implementing significant new business across the UK&I to drive growth and revenue. You will focus only on the largest opportunities and be responsible for strategically navigating the health system(s) in your assigned territory.

As such you will build a network of advocacy with senior stakeholders (up to and including C-Suite) across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and/or Health Boards.

You will operate as a key driver of organisational growth, spearheading strategic initiatives to expand their presence within the UK&I wound care sphere. You will identify transformative opportunities, forge high-value partnerships and influence decision-making at the highest levels within the health systems.

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in sales and business development with a record of achieving/exceeding sales targets from within a UK MedTech organisation
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse data and market trends
  • Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse data and market trends
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity
  • Being confident and persistent, while maintaining a big-picture perspective
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation, conflict management and gaining commitment skills
  • Ability to leverage your extensive network and relationship at board level to open doors and close deals with key decision makers
