Are you a data-driven strategist with experience in both prescription pharmaceuticals (Rx) and dermocosmetics? Do you excel at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and support strategic growth? A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support its UK & Ireland operations. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across commercial, medical, and digital teams.
- Develop and implement BI strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure data source integrity, accuracy, and governance across all BI solutions
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Lead revenue and supply forecasting, ensuring robust planning processes
- Evaluate the potential of new assets and deliver recommendation reports
- Collaborate with brand teams to inform and support omnichannel customer engagement plans
- Support digital marketing strategy development with data-driven insights
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) in partnership with sales managers and business unit directors, optimizing use of OCE and Tableau
- Develop and enforce data governance and security policies
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting systems
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and CRM tools
- Knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical (and dermocosmetic markets would be an advantage) and ABPI Code
- Direct access to senior leadership and visibility across the business
