Arterial and Vascular critical care - Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Berkshire.

Our client is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world and is advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care. They have over 65,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.

They now have a fantastic field-based opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join their arterial and vascular critical care sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of arterial and vascular critical care with key customers including Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Nephrologists, Vascular nurses and Dialysis nurses in order to fully support and develop the UK business.

The role is critical in creating a comprehensive awareness with each customer on the value and role the team create, so that each patient can benefit from the technologies available to them. The role will have a big focus on implementing new technology and patient pathways incorporating a detailed program.

Experience desired:

  • Medical device sales experience in a theatre/cardiology/radiology environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with procurement and budget holders
  • Experience in navigating a complex selling environment
  • Strong knowledge in the use of Health Economic tools
  • Good understanding of NHS Supply Chain, NICE and CCG Tariffs
  • Strong product demonstration experience in a complex sales environment involving multiple decision makers/influencers
  • Ability to analyse complex customer data and develop and communicate clinically and technically sound sales solutions
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solutions-based sales approach
  • Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills
