Our client is a well-resourced data technology company with the single-minded purpose of transforming the scale and value of health data usage. Our mission is to deliver safer, faster and better health data at any scale. They are now seeking a driven, energetic sales professional at the location shown.
The successful candidate will have the vital role of supporting their Executive Director of Business Development and CEO to build on the existing team’s early commercial traction by quickly adding prospects and live customers. Working in close collaboration with other company experts across the technology and data arenas, you will play a fundamental part in rapidly building out the market footprint of their product suite. You will work to scale up their business development activities across a number of digital and offline areas.
Candidate background required:
- Highly successful experience of selling data and/or technology solutions in the life science and healthcare sector
- Experience within, or selling to, pharma companies, contract research organisations, health systems and/or large tech and non-tech companies
- Solid initial understanding of the dynamics of the life science and healthcare
- Strong academic track record, ideally with a healthcare slant (e.g. biomedical science/chemical engineering/biochemistry)
- Strong numerical and organisational skills, with consistent attention to detail
- Learning quickly, with enthusiasm for selling a truly innovative solution
- Proactivity and zero fear of a good challenge
- A genuine team player
