You'll drive sales, market access, and adoption within your territory, ensuring a successful launch across multiple indications. Main Responsibilities:
  • Multi-Channel HCP Engagement: Customize engagement strategies using face-to-face and virtual channels to match stakeholder preferences.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with HCPs, fostering trust and product adoption.
  • Account Prioritization: Identify key accounts, map stakeholders, and focus on COPD and severe asthma opportunities.
  • Patient Access Enhancement: Work with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other bodies to optimize access and formulary inclusion.
  • Pre- and Post-Launch Activities: Execute key activities to support product introduction while ensuring ABPI compliance.
  • Policy and Market Analysis: Stay updated on NHS policies and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
Experience Required:
  • Proven Track Record: Success in pharmaceutical sales or market access within the NHS.
  • Multichannel & Analytical Agility: Experience in omnichannel engagement and data-driven execution.
  • Specialty Care/Respiratory Expertise: Strong knowledge in respiratory and biologics.
  • Scientific Communication: Ability to effectively convey scientific information to HCPs.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Foster a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Leadership Skills: Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies effectively.
  • Code Compliance: Understanding of ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice and their practical application.
