Our client is a market leading global innovator in medical device technology with a reputation for excellence worldwide.

As a Territory Manager specialising in Medication Preparation & Delivery Systems (MP&D) team, you will be responsible for a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management (including IV sets, needlefree connectors, hypodermic and core products).

Covering the above territory, this field-based role involves working strategically with healthcare professionals across hospitals to meet their needs with tailored solutions. The focus is on cultivating impactful, long-term relationships rather than addressing every segment of the territory.

You will engage across all areas of the hospital—from ward-level to leadership—to drive successful implementation and growth of the MP&D portfolio.

In this commercial sales role, you will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual territory targets and uncover the needs of your customers and position the client’s solution to meet those needs in a profitable manner.

About you:

  • Proven track record of selling success in the NHS Environment or Private Hospitals
  • Thorough knowledge of the NHS, specifically within secondary care
  • Ideally Vascular Access, IV Therapy, and infection prevention experience, with practical clinical skills and knowledge of IV care, guidelines, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and sales software such as Power BI or Salesforce
  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and negotiation
  • A proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
