Territory is Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxford, Hampshire, North & West London.

Responsibilities
  • Win and implement significant new business across the UK&I to drive growth and revenue.
  • Focus on the largest opportunities and strategically navigate the health systems in the assigned territory.
  • Build a network of advocacy with senior stakeholders (up to and including C-Suite) across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and/or Health Boards.
  • Act as a key driver of organisational growth, spearheading strategic initiatives to expand presence within the UK&I wound care sphere.
  • Identify transformative opportunities, forge high-value partnerships and influence decision-making at the highest levels within health systems.
Qualifications
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in sales and business development with a record of achieving/exceeding sales targets from within a UK MedTech organisation.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse data and market trends.
  • Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
  • Being confident and persistent, while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation, conflict management and gaining commitment skills.
  • Ability to leverage extensive network and relationships at board level to open doors and close deals with key decision makers.
