With a UK team of just five people (two in marketing), you will work in a lean, collaborative environment where adaptability and initiative are key. The company is focused on achieving NICE approval this year, paving the way for a transformative product launch. If you enjoy working in smaller, agile organizations and want to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you.
Why you will love it:
- Be part of an innovative rare disease launch.
- Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture where your contribution matters.
- Opportunity to transition to permanent headcount after the initial contract.
The Role:
As Senior Brand Manager, you will be part of a three-person marketing team, collaborating on pre-launch and launch activities. You will contribute to shaping and executing the UK marketing plan, supporting market access, and building brand presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Support development and delivery of UK marketing activities aligned with global strategy.
- Drive pre-launch and launch initiatives, including NICE approval support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage agency relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ABPI and UK regulations.
What we are looking for:
- Pharma marketing experience at brand or senior brand level.
- Ideally pre-launch and launch experience in rare disease.
- Experience in biotech or small, growing pharma (or exposure to agile environments).
- ABPI qualification preferred.
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving setting where adaptability is key.
- Immediate start required.
If you are entrepreneurial, curious, and committed to making a difference for patients, we would love to hear from you.
