Hybrid working - home based, HO (Southern England) and field based. Fixed term contract role - immediate start.

Our client is an international player in the field of pressure Area Care products. The core of their portfolio is made up of cutting-edge products that set the standard in this part of the market. They are a global company with a presence in over countries across all parts of the world and their healthcare products and solutions make an impact in millions of people's lives around the world on a daily basis.

In this fixed term contract position, you will be developing and implementing their UK based commercial marketing plans; including the marketing strategy, portfolio optimisation, pricing strategy, business analysis, event/project management and profit maximisation. You will be personally responsible for executing plans that will secure sustained sales growth of your portfolios and position them as a major force in PAC throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Support in the development and execution of the strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Prepare for and implement the launch of new products and service solutions to the Pressure Area Care Division, aligned to Customer needs and challenges, presented as solutions.
  • Lead and motivate cross-departmental teams working on key strategic projects.
  • Support on new product launches.
  • Work closely with Sales and Clinical teams across the UK as well as the leadership team.
  • Organise events and exhibitions across the UK.
  • Lead all relevant upstream/downstream marketing activities that are relevant to product portfolio.
Person Specification:
  • Product management and marketing experience within the medical devices / healthcare arena.
  • Demonstrable commercial success.
  • Passion to "make a difference" to a leading MedTech company.
  • Exceptional and consistent customer focus.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • High level of commercial awareness.
  • Be able to make a quick transition into the role and add significant value.
  • Ability to travel across the UK when required.
