Key Account Manager – Mental Health/Anti-infective – North London & East Anglia
Our client is a medium-sized family-run business that specializes in the development of medications that deliver the added value that patients and physicians.
With more than 350 employees, the group generates annual sales of around 250 million euros (2022) and an average growth rate of 15 percent.
In 2017, the London Stock Exchange Group listed them as one of 1,000 Companies to Inspire Europe and included them in its annual report on outstanding medium-sized companies in Europe.
As they expand into the UK market they are seeking a specialist KAM in the location shown, where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting the products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals across Mental Health Networks hospitals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop business plans and implement related activities to achieve agreed objectives
- Achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets
- Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks
- Lead omni-channel execution, harmonising brand strategy to ensure a powerful share of voice resonates within the target customer population
- Rapidly build meaningful and productive relationships with external stakeholders to assess and address customer\’s needs (including strong emphasis on enabling digital interactions but with the flexibility to meet customer interaction preferences)
- Contribute to the brand team\’s insight generation plan by feeding in relevant learnings to ensure continued strategic development
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with specialist secondary care knowledge within Mental Health
- Knowledge of Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Community Adult Psychiatrists
- Experienced with working with large hospitals and large accounts
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Engaging customer centric approach
- Patient centric outlook
- Collaborative and has proven success with cross functional working and developing KOL\’s
