As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's success by managing multiple projects of various complexity. You will work collaboratively with your account teams and support functions to ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide end-to-end project management, logistics, and administrative support across multiple projects, including publications, educational materials, event coordination, travel logistics, contracts, and onsite preparation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and project documentation, ensuring effective communication and timely updates to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate project meetings and client teleconferences, delivering accurate meeting summaries and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope and budget.

Ideal qualifications and experience:

  • Degree qualified (science discipline preferred).
  • 18 months experience in Medical communications across publications, meetings and/or medical education.
  • Ability to lead elements of projects effectively.
  • Organised and good time management.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Can adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Competent in MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
