They work closely with stakeholders across the NHS to identify real-world problems, and develop value-based solutions that support the delivery of efficient and cost-effective healthcare.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will lead in the creation and payer implementation of account plans whilst effectively interacting with payers, clinicians and other key decision makers and influencers across primary and secondary care.
- Identification of areas of customer/account alignment around the relevant brand and disease areas, and plans strategy to approach key stakeholders ensuring advocacy development based on local environmental knowledge and healthcare delivery.
- Delivery of agreed payer and clinician facing actions in the local account plan.
- Influencing key stakeholders by delivering compelling brand value proposition to ensure optimal formulary and guidelines positions across the portfolio.
- Develop schemes of work that support local implementation of formulary adoption.
- Shape the local health economy to design and procure services that improve diagnosis and management of disease within our portfolio and customers priorities.
- Ensure sales targets are met.
- Up to date knowledge NHS, Commercial & Regulatory environment.
- Strong knowledge of local environment and patient pathways.
- Clear understanding and experience of Account Management.
- Commercial acumen.
