An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international skincare and beauty business with a portfolio of market-leading brands sold through pharmacy, grocery, retail and eCommerce channels.
We are looking for a highly organised, energetic, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic Business Unit Director and work across sales, brand marketing, digital and customer teams. This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in either sales, brand management or marketing within beauty / FMCG / healthcare.
The Role
You’ll be at the centre of the business, helping teams deliver commercial growth plans across multiple channels including pharmacy, grocery and key retail accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Commercial / Sales Support
- Coordinate retailer launches and new line forms
- Support field sales and account teams with meetings, samples and presentations
- Help deliver customer plans across Boots, pharmacy and grocery channels
- Manage logistics for customer meetings and events
- Marketing / Brand Support
- Support product launches and campaigns
- Coordinate influencer and sampling activity
- Assist with newsletters, digital content and ratings/reviews programmes
- Work closely with agencies and external partners
- Operations / Administration
- PO management, tracking and budget control
- Calendar management and team coordination
- Product sample management
- Travel and event organisation
- Internal communications and cross-functional support
About You
