Our client is a rapidly growing, specialty Ophthalmic company with a strong track record of execution, having developed and launched 30 eye care products globally since 2007. Their mission is to provide high-quality eye care products that are manufactured and delivered with excellence and to continually improve the awareness, accessibility, and affordability of eye care around the world.

They are now looking to hire a talented Integrated Care Manager, to understand, shape and win Hospital and Primary Care formularies. Responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships in both Hospital and Primary care, managing the links between both and solving any issues.
  • Ensure all the key actions have taken place, i.e. formulary in place, IT systems updated, pharmacy on board and ready, prescriber ready (this also includes minimising the impact of any primary care decisions which will affect sales).
  • Develop and execute an account plan with both key customers and prospects to grow market share as well as maintaining and developing relationships.
  • Take ownership of your territory, including your account plan, customer groups, and sales.

Successful previous track record of sales and market access from the UK pharmaceutical industry is required. Must be able to prioritise and this will be demonstrated by focused Account Plans. An exceptional salary, bonus and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
