We are seeking an experienced pharmaceutical commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth for a differentiated specialty pain brand with significant untapped potential across complex healthcare systems and specialist pathways.
This is a highly visible leadership role with full P&L accountability across the cluster and responsibility for leading cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Market Access, Marketing and Medical. The business has already built strong foundations, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership across UK, Ireland & Nordics
- Lead and develop cross-functional commercial teams
- Drive execution across priority healthcare accounts and pathways
- Deliver ambitious sales and growth targets
- Strengthen account management capability and field effectiveness
- Ensure strong alignment across Sales, Market Access, Marketing and Medical
- Shape commercial strategy across complex healthcare systems

The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven pharmaceutical business unit leadership or senior commercial leadership experience
- Experience leading both Sales and Marketing functions within a pharmaceutical business
- Strong sales leadership and execution capability
- Experience leading account-based commercial models
- Deep understanding of NHS and/or complex healthcare system dynamics
- Market access and stakeholder engagement experience
- A track record of improving performance within established teams and complex environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing capability
- Experience operating across multiple markets or within matrix organisations
