We’re recruiting for a Brand Manager to join a collaborative UK marketing team working across haematology and nephrology portfolios. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll partner with experienced Brand Managers to deliver innovative, omnichannel campaigns—with digital at the core.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive digital innovation across 4 products in haemophilia and nephrology.
- Localise and implement marketing plans with a focus on customer insight and digital opportunity.
- Lead omnichannel brand execution, analytics, and digital communications with the Digital Marketing Business Partner.
- Manage Veeva PromoMats and CLM platforms to ensure compliant, high-quality content.
- Use tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qlik, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, ON24, and Drupal.
- Support national/international events including congresses and webinars.
- Provide training to sales teams and collaborate with medical, sales, and agencies.
- Analyse digital metrics and apply insights to optimise campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
- UK pharma brand management experience.
- Strong digital marketing expertise (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, Qlik).
- Understanding of omnichannel journeys and rare disease marketing.
- Experience in haematology, nephrology, or rare disease (preferred).
- Knowledge of NHS pricing, reimbursement, and tendering across the UK and ROI.
- Background in specialised secondary care, ideally in a small/mid-sized pharma company.
- Previous specialist sales or customer-facing experience (desirable).
- Deep understanding of the ABPI/IPHA Code (ABPI qualification preferred).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A continuous learning mindset and passion for digital innovation.
