Are you an experienced fenestration Trade Sales Manager looking to work for the UK’s leading uPVC door panel manufacturer.
Our client has an outstanding reputation and a great working environment and comes with an excellent base salary with a generous commission structure. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales Manager to join a dynamic team and drive growth across and North West region.
As the Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base within the fabricator sector. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new fabricator customers, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with fabricators in the North West region, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts.
- Research and identify current opportunity areas considering service, geography, value and competition.
- Devise a strategic sales plan to capitalise on opportunities, address weaknesses and deliver growth in accordance with the long-range business plan.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, ensuring maximum value is being extracted from annual marketing spend.
- Where there are new products being released, these are to be introduced to existing Customers and used to introduce new Customers to the Business.
- Hit and exceed KPI targets. Take an active role in making business improvements
Candidate Requirements
Must have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the building materials or uPVC industry, with experience in selling to fabricators or trade customers.
Strong understanding of the uPVC door market, products, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Full UK driving license and the ability to travel within the North West region.
