We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer, to work closely with the current team to accomplish business objectives.
As a Resourcer your role will involve:
- Sourcing candidates through networking, advertisements, and headhunting
- Evaluating candidates and providing CVs within a timely manner.
- Maintaining communication at all stages with candidates.
- Networking and maintaining relationships with candidates for active and passive opportunities.
- Maintaining records and updating notes within the in-house CRM system
- Represent Chase Taylor at industry events and exhibitions.
