We are looking for a driven Branch Manager to take full ownership of a Trade Counter Branch based in Orpington – a one-stop shop for window and door installation solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence, working closely with the Sales Director to drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations, housekeeping and security of the branch
  • Manage budgets, stock, rotas and resources to hit (and exceed) KPIs
  • Drive branch sales, margin and profitability
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team through clear leadership and regular reviews
  • Ensure outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
  • Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, financial and company policies
  • Monitor performance, analyse results and report on branch activity
