Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door company based in Walsall who are looking to recruit an experienced Fenestration Order Processor to join their expanding team. The right candidate will have current experience order processing windows and doors, using software such as Windows Designer / Business Micros.
The role
- 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
- Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
- Placing orders
- Gathering information for quotes for jobs
- Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
- Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
- Assist with admin duties as required
- Provide excellent customer service
The candidate
- Must have current / recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
- Have experience using window software such as, Business Micros / Window Designer / Evolution
- Be able to manage own workload
