The Role

This is a senior, hands-on position combining technical surveying with on-site installation leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring each project runs smoothly from initial survey through to final installation and customer handover. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be expected to represent the business professionally at all times, providing clear, honest advice and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out accurate and detailed site surveys
  • Identify potential issues and recommend practical solutions
  • Produce clear and accurate specifications for manufacture and installation
  • Confidently advise customers with professionalism and integrity
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations
  • Installation & Leadership
    • Lead and manage on-site window and door installations
    • Install uPVC, aluminium, timber, and composite systems to a high standard
    • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and finish
    • Ensure sites are kept clean, tidy, and respectful of customers’ homes
    • Complete final quality checks and customer sign-off

    About You

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in window installation
    • Strong surveying background within the glazing industry
    • Excellent understanding of building regulations and industry best practice
    • Confident problem-solver with a practical, solutions-led approach
    • Natural leader who sets high standards on-site
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
    • IT literate
    • Full UK driving licence
    • MTC qualification preferred but not essential. Support to achieve this qualification will be available for the right candidate.
