We’re looking for an Order Processor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team, working at the heart of a respected fenestration business based in the Manchester area. Our client is a leading manufacturer in the windows, doors, and glazing sector, known for their high-quality products and commitment to excellence. As demand for their products grows, they need a confident, organised, and proactive team member to help process orders efficiently and accurately.

The right person for this role will have current/recent experience order processing windows and doors using industry specific software such as windows designer, business micros etc.

The role:

  • 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
  • Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
  • Placing orders accurately
  • Gathering information for quotes for jobs
  • Keep records up to date and maintain excellent attention to detail at all times
  • Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
  • Assist with admin duties as required
  • Provide excellent customer service

The candidate:

  • Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
  • Experience using window and doors processing systems
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Must currently reside in the UK
