We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing team, working within the window, door, curtain walling and façade industry. This role will primarily focus on projects within the social housing and education sectors across Dartford and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, all-rounder position, ideal for someone comfortable managing site operations while also supporting office-based tasks such as order processing, coordination, and customer liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of site operations for window, door, curtain walling, and façade installations
  • Managing subcontractors, installers, and labour on site
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Liaising with clients, housing associations, local authorities, and schools
  • Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety checks
  • Coordinating materials, deliveries, and installation schedules
  • Problem-solving on site and providing practical solutions
  • Regular travel to sites within the Dartford and surrounding areas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the window, door, curtain walling or façade industry
  • Previous experience working within social housing and/or education projects
  • Strong knowledge of installation processes and site management
  • Comfortable working both on site and in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
