We are working with a leading designer and manufacturer of premium-quality window and door profiles, trusted across commercial developments and refurbishment projects nationwide.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will:

  • Drive specification sales across commercial developments and refurbishment projects
  • Build and nurture relationships with architects, specifiers, developers, consultants, and main contractors
  • Generate and secure product and system specifications aligned with strategic targets
  • Work closely with commercial fabricators and installers to protect and defend specifications through to project completion
  • Deliver engaging technical presentations and CPD seminars to architects and construction professionals
  • Provide expert technical guidance on wind loadings, compliance, and building envelope integration
  • Collaborate with internal technical, design, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery

This is a consultative, specification-led role — where technical credibility and commercial acumen go hand in hand.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of sales success within windows, doors, curtain walling, facade systems, or the wider building envelope sector
  • Strong experience in specification selling and managing long-cycle commercial projects
  • Confidence presenting to professional audiences and hosting CPD seminars
