An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator within the windows and doors sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality quotations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for windows, doors, and related glazing products
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate project costing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, materials, and product ranges
- Support the sales and production teams with pricing and technical queries
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of estimating systems and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the windows, doors, or glazing industry
- Strong understanding of uPVC, aluminium, and/or composite systems
- Excellent numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
