Chase Taylor Recruitment is currently working with a well‑established business within the window and door sector to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong industry knowledge to join a successful and growing team.

As the Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of multiple window and door installation projects. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations across two sites, working closely with and providing leadership to two Site Managers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and upholding high‑quality standards across all contracts. This role will require you to be office‑based for 80% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of contracts from pre‑start to final handover
  • Oversee and support two Site Managers across two active sites
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality expectations
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Attend client and contractor meetings, providing regular progress updates
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations across all sites
  • Resolve issues swiftly to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fenestration, window, or door industry (essential)
  • Strong understanding of installation processes and industry regulations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
