This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the day‐to‐day performance of the extrusion department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational efficiencies are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will have strong experience within PVC extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment, with a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for managing production performance, supporting operational planning, improving manufacturing efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. This role requires a hands‐on manager who can lead from the front, identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively across production, engineering, quality and senior management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily extrusion operations
  • Lead, coach and develop the extrusion team to achieve production targets
  • Monitor productivity, waste levels, quality and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining quality standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve output and reduce downtime
