The Role
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer sites, diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs, and providing technical support across a range of uPVC products. You will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend onsite visits across the West Midlands to investigate and resolve technical issues
- Diagnose and repair faults with uPVC windows, doors, and conservatory installations
- Carry out adjustments, replacements, and remedial works where required
- Provide expert technical support and advice to customers
- Identify installation issues and recommend effective solutions
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with company expectations

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience working with uPVC windows, doors, and conservatories (essential)
- Strong knowledge of installation, servicing, adjustments, and repairs
