We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day warehouse operation and ensure high standards of safety, stock control, picking accuracy and customer service. The Role As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring finished goods are accurately picked, loaded and despatched on time. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising and supporting the warehouse team daily. * Planning and organising warehouse workloads. * Maintaining high standards of picking accuracy and stock control. * Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and despatched on time. * Monitoring warehouse KPIs and driving performance improvements. * Maintaining excellent housekeeping and 5S standards. * Identifying and implementing process improvements. * Using and maintaining accurate WMS data. * Training, coaching and developing warehouse employees. * Supporting the introduction of new warehouse processes and technology. * Ensuring compliance with Health
