To support the delivery of effective IT services across the business by providing day-to-day technical support, assisting with system maintenance, equipment setup, and user support. The role will involve contributing to the secure, efficient, and reliable operation of IT systems, following established procedures, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a responsive and customer-focused IT service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to users, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Log, monitor, and manage support requests through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and recurring problems
  • Assist with routine maintenance and monitoring of IT systems
  • Support software and system updates where required
  • Rebuild, service, and troubleshoot PCs and related IT equipment
  • Ensure software compliance, licensing, and correct usage across systems
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records
  • Assist with installation and configuration of IT equipment, software, and user accounts
  • Support backup systems and data recovery processes
  • Help maintain IT security, confidentiality, and data integrity
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and improvements
  • Participate in training and development activities to build technical capability

Skills & Experience Required
