Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and growing business within the window and door industry who are looking to recruit an experienced UPVC Order Processor to join their team based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within the fenestration sector who understands the importance of accurate order processing, customer service and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing UPVC window and door orders from enquiry through to manufacture, ensuring all specifications, measurements and customer requirements are accurately captured. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently, resolving any queries and providing a high level of service throughout the process. A strong understanding of UPVC windows, doors, glazing specifications and industry terminology is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing UPVC window and door orders accurately and efficiently
  • Checking sizes, specifications, colours, hardware and glazing requirements
  • Liaising with customers regarding queries, amendments and updates
  • Working closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth order progression
  • Providing technical support and product advice where required
  • Managing order changes and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail at all times
  • Supporting the wider sales and operations team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience within the UPVC window and door industry
  • Strong knowledge of fenestration products and specifications
  • Experience working in an order processing, sales support or administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to read and understand window and door specifications

  • Confident working with internal systems and Microsoft Office
