Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with an established and innovative business within the fenestration sector to recruit an experienced Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Coordinator with strong industry knowledge and excellent customer service skills to join a specialist team supporting customers with software and system-related enquiries.

The Opportunity

As a Support Coordinator, you will become a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve technical and operational queries while working closely with internal departments to ensure a high standard of service delivery. The position offers genuine scope to develop your technical knowledge and progress within the support function.

Main Duties

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and support ticketing systems.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Work alongside internal technical and training teams to ensure customer issues are dealt with effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding ongoing support cases.
  • Assist with quality assurance and testing of software enhancements and new releases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support department.

Candidate Requirements
