This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating installation projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the installation process, working closely with installation teams, customers and internal departments to ensure every project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the installation department.
  • Coordinate installation schedules and allocate work to fitting teams.
  • Work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, providing updates and resolving any queries.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including sales and surveying, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate installation records and documentation.
  • Monitor installation progress, identifying and resolving any issues to minimise delays.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service are maintained throughout every installation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an Installation Manager, Installation Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience within the windows, doors, glazing, fenestration or home improvement industry.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple installations simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, installers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and scheduling or CRM systems.
