About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator / Estimator to join a well-established and growing business within the windows, doors, and conservatories sector. The role will involve a mix of customer service, sales administration, and quotation work, primarily supporting the DIY Conservatories division as well as wider Trade Sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries and providing high levels of customer support
- Producing accurate quotations for windows, doors, and conservatories using design software (PST and Window Designer)
- Supporting both Trade Sales and DIY Conservatories divisions with sales administration and order processing
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the windows, doors, or trade sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales awareness and ability to support conversion of enquiries into orders
- Good understanding of manufacturing or production processes (desirable)
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and internal systems
Desirable Experience
- Industry knowledge within fenestration or related construction sectors
- Experience using design software such as Window Designer and PST
- Previous experience in estimating, quotations, or sales administration
