Are you a hands-on Upvc window and door service engineer/surveyor with a knack for solving problems and delivering top-notch customer service? We're on the lookout for an experienced window and door professional to join our clients growing team, to cover Leicestershire and surrounding areas.
Our client is a well-established customer-focused business with a reputation for quality and reliability in the fenestration market. As demand continues to grow, they are looking for someone who’s experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to take pride in every job.
Role responsibilities:
- Repair Upvc windows and doors within the domestic/new build market
- Measure windows and doors accurately
- Responsible for stocking van with the tools needed for the jobs ahead
- Deliver all tasks to high quality standard with keeping the customer in mind
- Visit various scheduled work and aim to complete on a first-time visit
The candidates’ skills & experience:
- Have technical knowledge and experience within the upvc window and door industry
- Ability to measure Upvc windows and doors is highly advantageous
- Current/recent experience as a window and door service engineer
- Have a clean UK driving license
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Good time keeping skills
- Very organised and reliable
