Weβre recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading upvc window and door manufacturer based in Halifax. Scaling fast, with ambitious plans to grow an established customer base. This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for production performance β and in time, full budget responsibility for the manufacturing operation.

The Role
Youβll take ownership of the entire manufacturing process β from order acceptance through to quality control and dispatch β ensuring output meets volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
You will:
Lead production planning, scheduling, and daily operations
Manage labour, materials, machinery, and costs
Drive efficiency, reduce waste, and remove bottlenecks
Take control of budgets and deliver strong financial performance
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team
Ensure quality standards and H&S compliance are met at all times
Play a key role in scaling the business and introducing new product lines
About You
Proven Production/Manufacturing Manager (ideally within uPVC, composite doors, windows, or fenestration)
Strong commercial awareness with budget control experience
Hands-on xiskglj leader who thrives in a fast-paced factory environment
Skilled in team building and developing high-performance cultures
Driven, ambitious, and ready to grow into senior/operations leadership
Lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP knowledge would be advantageous.
